Eric Engel
Mr. Engel handles family law and divorces out of Bailey & Galyen’s Dallas office. Prior to his employment with the firm, Mr. Engel ran his own practice in Dallas. He originally began practicing in 2004 when he established the Engel Law Group in 2004. Prior to forming the Engel Law Group, Eric clerked for a divorce judge in Spokane, WA. He worked as a legal intern representing indigent criminal defendants in misdemeanor matters, including domestic violence charges, in Seattle Municipal court. He also represented Spokane County as an intern while prosecuting criminal offenses. Eric earned two Bachelor degrees from the University of Washington. He earned a degree in English and another in Political Science.
Eric attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law graduating in 2003. While in law school, he volunteered as an associate editor for the Law Review team and was a member of the Moot Court team. Mr. Engel has extensive experience handling litigation matters in domestic disputes with reported decisions in both Texas and Washington State. Eric’s Dallas, Texas, law practice includes divorce and family law, and estate planning. Besides working for his clients, Eric enjoys reading, jogging, playing the piano, Astronomy, and loves airplanes.
